The Board of Inquiry's decision to decline the Basin Reserve flyover has been nominated by the Dominion-Post as one of its defining moments of 2014. 

Richard Reid & Associates made a significant contribution to the BOI hearing with both the evidence we presented against the flyover and the preparation of an alternative proposal, the Basin Reserve Roundabout Enhancement Option. BRREO was favourably reviewed by the BOI.
